Thanks for your letter enquiring about Gracie who we adopted in early March.
Gracie is a very happy and much loved kitty. She settled in quickly and has been no problem whatsoever, she is very well behaved, doesn’t scratch furniture or jump up on the kitchen worktops . She comes in as soon as she is called and always with a cheerful little chirp and rubbing round our legs.
We are fortunate to have quite a large mature garden with trees and bushes which she loves. The six weeks we kept her in at the start we took the opportunity to make the garden boundaries more secure and this has worked well, she has shown no inclination to explore further so we always know where is is.
For her afternoon naps she heads off upstairs and takes her pick of the bedrooms, always magically reappearing at 4pm for her dinner!
Please be assured Gracie is loved and well cared for, she is so loving and trusting despite her difficult start in life.
